Why can’t I see the comment summary of some content pieces?

The summary of comments is only available if there are more than 30 comments. This is because a summary with fewer comments is not very meaningful and can easily be influenced in a certain direction by a single comment. We also only analyze comments at least 24 hours after they are published and then again about 3 days later. So, if the post was published less than a day ago, we wait until more comments come in. In short: If there are not enough comments within 24 hours or 3 days, we do not create a summary.
