Why are some stories displayed as screenshots?

Some stories appear as screenshots because they were not tracked properly. This is done for data efficiency. In campaigns, if the stories are videos, the videos should be included. However, if the stories are not tracked, sometimes only screenshots are shared to maintain efficiency.
