The Like-Rate indicates the proportion of likes a post receives compared to other forms of engagement. Generally, a lower Like-Rate is beneficial because comments, shares, and saves reflect a deeper interaction with the content. A particularly low Like-Rate may also indicate that the content is being discussed controversially.
As an example: If a content piece has 100 likes, 50 comments, and 25 shares, the Like-Rate would be 100 / 175 = 57.14%.
