There will always be deviations from the values shown on the insights of an influencer's account. This results mostly in differences in the algorithms how the data is analyzed both from influData and Instagram or TikTok and that audience data on influData is calculated only from real and active accounts. 

TikTok and Instagram generally calculate these metrics from the whole audience, which is not interesting for collaborations. Still, these deviations should not be significant, and the tendencies should be similar.
